Review of Lookingglass Alice at Actors Theatre

Opening night of Lookingglass Alice was amazing!  Thanks to everyone who came out to see the show and help us celebrate the opening of our 46th season.

Check out the Courrier Journal’s review of Lookingglass Alice here  and if you haven’t seen the show yet, don’t miss it!  You only have until September 20 to take a trip down the Rabbit Hole with Alice!

  1. Just saw the performance last night and it was amazing! I highly recommend it to anyone, check it out.

Also a long shot, but I’m curious if anyone knows the music they played after the show was over?

  2. Amazing. My back hurt when i left watching the cotortions. This is not a play it is truly a show. I saw Menopause 5 times and I could see this every night. Actor’s is such a totally different theatre experience 1)it is more personal by seeing faces; expressions 2) smaller room to make it seem friendlier and 3) far more relaxed in every respect for live theatre, though totally professional to the max. The sound was difficult Tuesday night but hopefully that will work itself out. The 15 year old in front of me was as fun to watch and see it through his experience as to watch the show — take a grandchild, teen for a great interactive parent activity. Even your kid will like you for this!
